With nearly 8 years of extensive experience in ecological consultancy, Henry is a seasoned professional and an advocate for sustainable environmental practices. His journey includes recent roles in a global consultancy and more recently as a senior ecological advisor for a developer.
Henry's commitment to ecology garnered national recognition when he was shortlisted as one of the top four candidates for the prestigious CIEEM Promising Professional Award in 2019. This recognition underscores his dedication to excellence in the field.
In tune with evolving environmental legislation, Henry has specialised in Biodiversity Net Gain, showcasing his commitment to creating ecologically sound habitats. His innovative mindset and dedication set the tone for Evelyn Ecology, making it a trusted name in ecological consultancy and biodiversity offsetting, where business acumen meets environmental sustainability.
Kimberley Kershaw Head of People and Operations
Meet Kimberley Kershaw, our Head of People and Operations at Evelyn Ecology. With a background in Operations, Management, and Human Resource Management, Kimberley brings extensive experience from her role as an Operations Manager in Higher Education. She excels in leading large teams through organisational change, fostering professional relationships, and addressing staff and stakeholder needs.
Currently a lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University, Kimberley's expertise in Human Resources Management makes her a key player in driving Evelyn Ecology's growth. Beyond day-to-day operations, she serves as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic decisions and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Kimberley's role extends to building strong relationships with both our staff and clients, making her a vital asset to our team.
